The conference will begin the morning of Thursday November 3rd and will conclude around lunchtime Friday November 4th. Attendees should plan to arrive the afternoon of Wednesday November 2nd. The conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel.

A regular conference pass costs $799. Early bird registration costs $650 and ends on Monday September 5th.

Yes, you will need your laptop and complimentary WiFi will be provided. Don't forget your power adapter.
You are able to cancel your hotel registration for a full refund 4 days prior to your arrival.
Note: User Conference registration fees are non-refundable but are transferrable up until Monday October 31st, 2022.

Access to the conference will be strictly controlled and granted to badge holders only.
In addition, we will use scanning technology to record attendance at sessions. Sponsors may also request to scan your badge, to record your interest and provide you with more information about their products and services.
Please email registration@tkevents.ca if you need to request a visa letter to travel to the conference.
You should definitely check the local forecast, but at the same time, remember that you are spending the time in sessions in a hotel that utilizes air conditioning.

Yes, from breakfast to cocktail reception- all food and drink will be included in your registration.
Your conference pass includes entrance to the evening event. You will be able to purchase additional guest passes to the evening event during your registration. Guest passes cost $100 USD and the guest must be 21 years old+.
