Adam Pollack is a Principal Product Solution Consultant with Intelex. Adam began working with Intelex in 2014 as a Sales Representative and quickly pivoted to pre-sales when he discovered the power of the Intelex Application Builder. Since 2016, he has and continues to invest most of his time toward product configuration, demonstrations, internal training, as well as product and process development. Adam has worked across several industry verticals including manufacturing, food and beverage, and energy/resources with a primary focus on continuous improvement within global enterprise organizations.

Alexis Fuge is the Global Director of Sustainability at Fortive. In her role, she partners with other leaders to embed sustainability into the company’s operations and culture. Prior to Fortive, Alexis led strategic sustainability initiatives at Amazon.com, Amazon Web Services, and Northrop Grumman Corporation in addition to advising and supporting federal agencies to build and improve their environmental and sustainability programs. She holds two Masters degrees from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mary Washington.

A General Motors veteran with over 23 years at the company, Brian holds the title of Global Workplace Safety Manager in the Process Automation Group. He brings to the position vast EHS experience, beginning with his early days at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where he started his career to his current role that oversees safety programs globally. In addition, Brian has certifications for Hazardous Materials Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Safety to complement his work experience. As well, he has the educational credentials to support his strategic mandate, with both an MBA and a PhD in Safety Sciences.

Jeff Ladner is the Senior Vice President of Product Management, leads the strategy, product planning, and go-to-market support for the Intelex product portfolio. Jeff joined Intelex in August 2021 coming from a leading competitor where he led their EHS & Sustainability portfolio. His background includes product leadership roles across diverse markets including network services, financial/insurance transaction management, and consumer IT services. When not working or spending with his family and dogs, you’ll find him running and coaching a youth running league.

Prior to joining Verdantix, Jessica worked in consulting, focusing on ESG risk and opportunity identification, as well as EHS due diligence. Her current agenda covers ESG solutions for investors, ESG software, and risk in ESG and sustainability.

A graduate from Boston University, Kelsey’s educational background centers around Environmental Science as well as Environmental Analysis and Policy. Along with this solid environmental foundation, Kelsey has multiple EHS certifications and licenses, include Hazardous Waste Management, Stormwater Pollution Prevention, and OSHA Outreach Training.

Paul Dober is a Principal System Analyst in the Corporate Safety and Health Group at American Electric Power Co. Inc. (AEP). His responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, training, architecting, project management and supporting the S&H Management Systems. He is also responsible for being the liaison between internal and external IT groups to oversee the S&H IT projects, successfully implementing mobile applications for event management and S&H observations for AEP. Mr. Dober has a longstanding career in the Electric Utility Industry with 40+ years’ experience in fossil, gas and nuclear generation including ten years in Mechanical Engineering , seven years in information technologies, 13 years in environmental services and currently five years in Safety & Health. In addition to working in S&H, environmental and engineering groups, he has a strong background in application development, numerous program languages, enterprise data warehousing with a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems from Franklin University. Paul’s overarching goal is for continual improvement of the S&H management system to support the Zero Harm initiative at AEP.

Scott Gaddis is Vice President, Global Practice Leader, Safety and Health, for Intelex Technologies in Toronto, Canada. Scott leads integration of the EHSQ Alliance in thought leadership and building partnerships with key clients and other top influencers in EHS. He is responsible for the engagement of EHS professionals across the globe to provide a platform for sharing information and collectively driving solutions that mitigate workplace loss.
Before joining Intelex, Scott was Vice President, Global Environment, Health, and Safety for Coveris High Performance Packaging Company, Executive Director of Global EHS for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Global Director of Occupational Safety and Health at Kimberly-Clark and GE Company as EHS Director. Mr. Gaddis has been published in various EHS trade journals and has lectured at National and International EHS conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University in Murray, KY.

Tate Moeller is the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Datamaran, and serves as one of their U.S.-based team members, collaborating daily with the London and Spain offices. Her core responsibility is to be the internal voice of their clients and ensure Datamaran teams such as Product Development and Customer Success understand customers’ most critical short-term and long-term ESG challenges in order to provide data-driven insights that are most valuable to their organizations’ ongoing ESG strategy and risk management. Prior to Datamaran, Tate spent 7 years guiding for-profit entities toward a more sustainable, low-carbon future through innovative solutions ranging from biopolymer-based plastic alternatives to AI-automated building efficiency software. Tate holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Agricultural Business and Sustainability Studies from the University of Minnesota, and most recently earned her MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business.

Travis Vance is a partner in Fisher Phillip's Charlotte office and co-chair of the firm's Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group. He has tried matters across several industries and various subject matters, including employment litigation, business disputes and matters prosecuted by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). He uses unique or outside-the-box approaches to counsel employers and owners on all aspects of employment law and the development of preventive policies and procedures to avoid employment and workplace safety-related claims. Travis handles litigation in both federal and state courts as well as claims pending with state and federal agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), MSHA, OSHA, and the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL).
